Hi, I’m Carol!

I’ve spent the past 25 years in the nonprofit sector, leading teams through growth, expansion and rebuilding.

Most recently, I served as Chief Development Officer for a $14M nonprofit, overseeing both Marketing and Fundraising.

When I joined that team, the organization was primed for a season of growth. But we had no fundraising infrastructure. No strategy. Not even a CRM. Just a great mission and a whole lot of work to do.

We built the department from the ground up, creating a flywheel that doubled revenue, deepened donor engagement, and helped the organization scale — with new facilities and expanded programming to match.

It was amazing. And so much fun!

I understand firsthand the challenge of juggling daily operations while trying to secure the money you need to sustain and grow your mission.

That’s why I’m passionate about fundraising — not as a means to an end, but as a way to fuel your life-changing work.

Financial breakthrough isn’t just possible — it’s within reach.

And you don’t have to navigate it alone.

 FAQs

  • Small to mid-size organizations often have limited budgets, which means they end up hiring junior staff with little fundraising experience. That new hire is going to spend a lot of time trying to figure things out.

And turnover for fundraisers? It’s high. Did you know the average fundraiser stays with an organization less than 18 months?

When you work with me, you get:

    • Strategic expertise from someone who's built fundraising systems from scratch and led teams through organizational growth

    • Hands-on implementation so strategy doesn't sit on a shelf while you're putting out fires

    • Minimal supervision required, which means less stress for you

You're not just getting task execution. You're getting a strategic partner who knows how to build sustainable fundraising infrastructure — someone who can roll up their sleeves and help you get it done.

  • Fractional Fundraising services cost about $6,000 per month, depending on the level of support needed. There are no hidden costs, and contracts start at 12 months for long-term impact.

  • Every organization is unique, and your fundraising strategy should be, too! As a fundraising generalist, I can help with strategy, individual giving, campaigns, major gifts, and grant writing. The only thing I don’t do is events. But I can absolutely help develop event follow-up strategy.

Together with you, I will start with a Strategic Planning process to map out clear goals and action steps. Then, I will roll up my sleeves and get to work!

    Implementation includes:

    • Writing donor appeals

    • Implementing campaigns

    • Working with your team on grants

    • Building relationships with donors

Together, we’ll determine the highest priority activities — then, I’ll get them done.

  • Fundraising takes time and consistency. Your results will depend on where you’re starting and what your priorities are. And honestly? If a fundraising consultant promises a guaranteed return on investment, that’s probably a red flag.

That said, I expect you to be more than pleased with our outcomes.

  • Maybe. What I don’t want to do is cost you money without moving your mission forward. Knowing what you need to do is one thing. Having the margin to do it is something else entirely!

What I really want to do is help you Breakthrough … for GOOD!
