Hi, I’m Carol!
I’ve spent the past 25 years in the nonprofit sector, leading teams in operations, communications, strategic planning, board development, and fundraising.
Most recently, I served as Chief Development Officer for a $10M nonprofit, overseeing both Marketing and Fundraising.
When I joined that team, the organization was primed for a season of growth. But the fundraising “department” was just me—team of one. No organizational roadmap. No fundraising strategy. Not even a CRM.
We built the department from the ground up, creating a flywheel that doubled revenue, deepened donor engagement, and expanded key campaigns. We even built a few buildings along the way!
It was amazing. And so much fun!
I understand firsthand the challenge of juggling daily operations while trying to secure the money you need to sustain and grow your mission.
That’s why I’m passionate about fundraising—not as a means to an end, but as a way to fuel your life-changing work.
Financial breakthrough isn’t just possible—it’s within reach. And you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Small to mid-size organizations often have limited budgets, which means they end up hiring junior staff with little fundraising experience. That new hire is going to spend a lot of time trying to figure things out. Sometimes they’ll be working on things that won’t move the needle.
And turnover for junior fundraisers? It’s high. Did you know the average fundraiser stays with an organization less than 18 months?
With that same budget, you can hire expert-level guidance and hands-on execution without the cost and management of a full-time hire.
Bonus: The minimal supervision I require will mean less stress for the Executive Director!

Fractional Fundraising services cost about $5,000 per month, depending on the level of support needed. There are no hidden costs, and contracts start at 12 months for long-term impact.

Every organization is unique, and your fundraising strategy should be, too! As a fundraising generalist, I can help with individual giving, campaigns, major gifts, and grant writing. The only thing I don’t do is large-scale events. But I can absolutely help develop the event follow-up strategy for donor engagement.
Together with you, I will start with a Strategic Planning process to map out clear fundraising goals and action steps. Then, I will roll up my sleeves and get to work!
Implementation includes:Writing donor appeals
Implementing campaigns
Working with your team on grants
Building relationships with donors
Even managing social media strategy (if it supports your fundraising goals!)
Together, we’ll determine the highest priority activities — and then, I’ll get them done.

Fundraising takes time and consistency. Your results will depend on where you’re starting and what your priorities are. And honestly? If a fundraising consultant promises a guaranteed return on investment, that’s probably a red flag.
That said, I expect you to be more than pleased with our outcomes.

Maybe. What I don’t want to do is cost you money without moving your mission forward. Knowing what you need to do is one thing. Having the margin to do it is something else entirely!
Usually, a long-term engagement that includes implementation is going to be better for you. But let’s talk and see what you need.
What I really want to do is help you Breakthrough — FOR GOOD.
